SAFETY AND HEALTH AT WORK
INDO SUKSES SENTRA USAHA has a commitment and priority focus to build a workplace environment that ensures the health, safety, and well-being of workers. The company follows both local and international Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards as guidelines. Consistently build awareness and practice of OHS throughout our operations. Safety is our first priority, and zero accidents is our target.
The OHS programs are hazard identification and risk assessment, safety briefing, emergency drill, providing PPE (personal protective equipment), providing safety facilities (fire extinguisher, hydrant, fire alarm and fire detector, safety shower and eye washer, etc.), safety training, medical assessment, emergency response team (fire, evacuation, first aid), safety work permit system, isolation and lockout of critical activity, accident investigation procedure, and safety audit by internal team and external certification body.
EMPOWERING LOCAL COMMUNITIES
Through our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, we support local communities by providing clean water, creating job opportunities, and contributing to donations (festive days, natural disasters, local community activities). Through this community engagement, we strive to create mutually beneficial relationships with the community by contributing to economic growth and ensuring our operation’s long-term sustainability.
Since starting its operations in 2006, Indo Sukses Sentra Usaha has continuously contributed to stakeholders, including employees and contractors/suppliers, as well as to communities and indigenous peoples around our operational areas.
