The Sulfonation Plant is a licensed technology of Chemithon (USA). In the Sulfonation process, SO3 gas is generated by burning Sulfur and flowing it into Vanadium Oxide inside the Converter Tower. Reaction between SO3 gas and the liquid material in the Falling Film Reactor will produce acid as LABSA or a neutralized product as SLES.
The plant has the total capacity to produce 80,000 MT of anionic surfactant annually. The process is free from bleaching processes, free-preservatives, and use DRS technology. The DRS Technology (Dioxane Reduction System) is capable of producing SLES low 1.4-Dioxane content.
The Detergent Plant is a licensed technology of Ballestra (Italy). The detergent production facility is located in Pasuruan East Java which produces powder detergent and cream/liquid detergent, with a capacity per annum is 125.000 MT.
